lol Its crazy the amount of refferences sega hid in this stage, hoping no one would notice!

I think the more obvious one though is the chao garden sign in crisis city though

Hey S.T.F., I've been thinking, I was watching Disney's House of Mouse yesterday and it made me think, even though sonic's been in 3 disney sponsored cartoon series now Via DIC he's never really had a fully slapstick cartoon!
I mean AOSTH had it moments but it was never anything like mickey mouse, donald or roger rabbit or anything.

So I've decided, im gonna write my own sonic traditional cartoon!
Its gonna be set in modern times like sonic X but still traditionally slap stick like a disney cartoon.
I mean really you only need a simple setting (e.g. a picnic in the park) then make your imagination bring it to interesting new turns.

So I've began writing it, so far its about sonic and amy on a nice day out for a picnic in station square park, amy tells sonic she's just going to freshen up and sonic should get the picnic ready (unlike in sonic x, in this one sonics in love with amy and is always trying to impress her, kinda like mickey for minnie)
SO he goes to the stall where the guy's selling picnic equipment and asks for a picnic basket and all the works. so the guy piles sonic with all the stuff, picnic basket, rug, deck chairs, ice cooler, umbrella, etc.
And sonic cant hold it all and collapses into the ground! (obv it'll be a lot better in comic/animation form than it is, me telling it to you)

Anyway in the next scene, sonic picks out a nice spot by the tree to lay out the picnic, he goes to unfold the rug but the minute his attention is drawn away the wind blows the rug into the tree! Sonic gets fustrated and tries to pull the rug off the tree but the rug is like elastic and just wont budge from the tree no matter how hard and crazy he tries!
then all of a sudden the rug gets sucked into the tree hole and sonic pokes his head inside to see a group of squirrels using the rug for their poker game! lol
So sonic puts his hand in the tree hole to try and retrieve the rug but they bite his hand and he screams like a rocket and hits the top of the tree!
thats when a nut goes flying and hits him on the head! it turns out a flicky bird was living in the tree and sonics antics were startling her babies!
so the flicky piles a mountain of 1000 nuts on sonic and as soon as he pokes his head out, it craps on him! lol

thats all I got so far but what do ya think! Im gonna work on it and turn it into a full cartoon and when I get good at animation, bring it to life!
