indeed he is, and don't forget he's the one who always gets the job for the Chaotix while Vector is sitting on his big ass waiting for the others to do all the work, Charmy's super funny and cute :aww:

Thats right. Vector is so lazy. Without him Team Chaotix would be no more. He is the childish glue that keeps them together. He most certianly is^^
